We utilize a state-of-the-art Health Risk Assessment tool powered by BioSignia, called Know Your Number (KYN). This is the same technology as seen on NBC’s The Biggest Loser. KYN calculates an individual’s health risks based on responses to questions about his or her current health status, personal medical history, family medical history, lifestyle, and lab values obtained during screening events. Each participant receives a personalized health profile report immediately upon completing the screening process that includes their health risk summary, a five year risk of a cardiovascular event, and a recommended plan of action to help reduce any modifiable risk factors.Employers will receive an aggregate report as to the current health status and potential for future illness among the employee population, allowing for review and implementation of appropriate wellness and health improvement programs.
